用料
土豆 2个，鸡 ¼只蒜苗 1根，生抽 2勺，盐 3克，老抽 6-8滴，料酒 10滴，姜 2片
步骤 1
鸡肉清洗干净，然后砍成块状，然后加入料酒、姜片、耗油、盐腌制20分钟，待入味。

腌制期间把土豆去皮后清洗一遍，滚刀法切成块状，蒜苗切成一段段，小米椒切断即可。

热锅冷油然后加入鸡肉，煸炒至略显金黄色。
步骤 4
时不时翻炒一下，炒到表皮有点金黄色，大概三分钟，然后加入土豆、小米椒。
步骤 5
加入土豆翻炒七八下，然后加入水。
步骤 6
加入水末过菜品，再加入生抽，老抽翻炒一下，待沸腾后，盖上盖子，焖煮十分钟左右即可出锅啦。

起锅前三十秒加入蒜苗，翻炒五六下，就可以出锅了。
