at以及on的区别有两种，分别为：
1.作为单独的例子，at所指的地点比较小，比较具体。
而on所指的比较宽泛。
2.作为介词，但是两者的单独使用的情况所表达的中文意思是不同的。
at以及on的用法为：
1.较短暂的一段时间。
可指某个节日或被认为是一年中标志大事的日子；表示时间的某一点、某一时刻或年龄等，都使用at。
2.准时，按时；在某个特定的早晨、下午或晚上；具体的时日和一个特定的时间，如某日、某节日或星期几等，都使用on。
at the moment、right now、right away、in a minute。
1.例句：remember now. He arrived just at the moment it happened.翻译：现在我想起来了，他恰恰在事情发生的时候到了。
2.例句：If you have a problem with that, I want you to tell me right now.翻译：如果你有异议，我要你马上告诉我。
3.例句：I knew right away she was dead.翻译：我马上就知道她死了。
4.例句：In a minute he''ll be hollering at me for coming in late.翻译：不消一会儿他就会因为我迟到对我大喊大叫。
at that time是在当时，在那时，那时的意思，是过去完成时。
例句：
1.If you added any text at that time, you should see it now，如果您在那时添加了任何文本，那么现在就会看到这些文本。
2.At that time the government was unwilling to resist the foreign invasion，那时政府对外国的入侵不愿进行抵抗。
3.So when I do ask him to come with me to something at that time，he happily does，所以当我需要他在那时去做一些事情的时候，他都会很高兴地答应。
